Just a short note to tell of God finally letting me get the digital camera I ordered off Gadget Shop last Saturday (8th Dec). After a whole week of phoning helplines that do not work, sending e-mails and prayer, I finally got a letter this morning telling me Parcel Force has my parcel because they couldn't get into the flat on Friday, and that I was to pick it up or arrange to deliver again or to local post office. I decided to go down to the nearest Parcel Force depot to pick it up, with Streetfinder and God's guidance. Finally found it after going up and down. Thank God! It's a good camera! Good fun! =)

God helped the football go well! Glasgow won 1-0 against Edinburgh and I managed to pull off a few good saves! =) Well after yesterday's sermon from Oswald I checked my phone and Cathy from Costa left a message telling me the meeting was cancelled! So it meant that I don't need to go on Tuesday! Cool huh? Was going to spend all day today and tomorrow on doing my History essay. Thank God I got to library 11am from Sociology - He helped me be on time for Sociology class too - and just kept on the essay until 7pm when it was printed out and all complete! That means I can go to Bible Study tomorrow night! Yee-ha!! =) =) =)

Today I have at least two things to be thankful for. Main thing being God listened to my mum and my prayers that my manager Anna would let me be excused from tomorrow's meeting 6pm-8pm.

Thing is church football is on tomorrow - Glasgow vs. Edinburgh! I only found out the meeting was to take place on Thursday! Such short notice! Last time I was forced to go to the last team meeting after being threatened with 'a warning'. So really thank God that I have a chance to play football, even if it rains tomorrow?

The other thing is that this Sunday, tomorrow, is Group B's turn to play. Jenni is leading. Last week I feared that Jenni might ask me to play guitar for worship. I didn't want to this Sunday as I would be playing football at 5pm and it would mean lugging my guitar into the boot wiht my sports and maybe some other people's bags if I give them a lift. Then when I for home I would be carrying sports stuff, trainers AND guitar up. It would be so MA FAN. Not that I don't like serving God, I just asked to be excused this once.

So the final results are, I can go to staff meeting in Costa on Tuesday night 6pm-8pm; and I still haven't been asked to play guitar for Sunday's worship. Thank God!

After chatting to Chi Wing about doing workouts and stuff, we arranged to go to the gym together on Tuesday 13th August. However, though I agreed the first time I actually felt I didn't want to go. I changed the day to the Tuesday as the Monday was a family day out for me. So I was thinking of an excuse I could use to cancel the gym and prayed about it lots, thinking there would be no way out. Thank God, while in Chung Ying cash & carry, Big W phoned to ask if I could work 10am-5pm OT on Tuesday! I said yes and since the gym was meant for 1pm I told Chi I couldn't go as I had to work! Praises be to God!

After having mini-J.U.M.P. on Friday 9th August, Natalie decided to accept Christ and wanted to come to church on the Sunday. Catherine didn't like the idea and wanted to just leave Natalie and not contact her about church. Me and mum were very hurt, me especially. You shouldn't treat a new Christian like that!

So I prayed and prayed to God on Saturday, REALLY asking God for a miracle as Cat was so adament not to contact Natalie. On Sunday morning the Lord changed Cat's heart and she phoned Natalie to arrange for us to pick her up for church! Hallelujah! What a miracle! =)
